By using LinenLoops services or submitting an enquiry through www.linenloops.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
LinenLoops provides linen rental, washing, and logistics services for vacation rental managers, property management companies, cleaning companies, and hospitality businesses on the Costa del Sol, Spain. Service terms, pricing, and delivery schedules are agreed upon in individual service contracts.
Under the Rent Per Month and Lease to Own plans, all linen items remain the property of LinenLoops until full ownership transfer is completed (Lease to Own) or for the duration of the rental agreement (Rent Per Month). Customers are responsible for items in their possession and will be invoiced for confirmed losses beyond normal wear.
LinenLoops uses RFID tracking to monitor inventory movements. Scan records are used for inventory management, billing, and loss accountability. By using our services, you consent to this tracking process as part of standard operational procedures.
Payment terms are set out in individual service agreements. LinenLoops reserves the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment. Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. Wash Only services are billed upon delivery or as agreed.
Our standard service area covers Fuengirola, Marbella, Estepona, and Benalmádena on the Costa del Sol. Service to locations outside this area is subject to separate agreement and may incur additional logistics fees.
LinenLoops will not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to road closures, extreme weather, or third-party infrastructure failure. Our liability for any claim arising from service delivery shall not exceed the value of the affected service order.
Cancellation terms for monthly subscriptions are detailed in individual service agreements. A minimum notice period of 30 days is required to cancel a Rent Per Month or Lease to Own plan. Wash Only services may be cancelled at any time without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Málaga, Spain.
